Est. in 1986 – A Registered Club member of both USPA and Polo Canada. The Ottawa Polo Club has 3 USPA regulation size polo fields, and a separate practice stick and ball field. There is an indoor arena with matches held throughout the winter season.

The Ottawa Polo Club holds annually the first of its kind, “The Polo Pony Horse Show and Best Canadian Polo Pony Award”. This show is supported by the USPA and The American Polo Horse Association, through a grant awarded by the USPA Polo Development Initiative (PDI). Ottawa Polo Club is the first polo club in Canada to receive a PDI grant. The show date is September 6 and 7, 2008.

The Ottawa Polo Club is the first Polo School in the Nations Capital. The club’s programs focus on equestrian skills, team tactics with emphasis on horse management, care, selection, training and preparation.

Our goal is to teach you how to play polo and have fun while you learn a great sport and responsible horsemanship.

We are proud members of our provincial equestrian federation the OEF and follow all the guide lines laid out by our equestrian bodies, meeting all their standards. We are also long standing members of the Horse Facilities council which ensures that riding establishments abide by safety and proper horse ethics in sport.

Kim and Dave Levy with a combined 50 years commitment in equestrian sports welcome everyone to their sport of choice.

• All horse transports to park in field to right side of groom’s house.
• Paddocks and water available, Paddocks are limited so book early.

For spectators:
Spectators are welcome, we love to have you come out and enjoy the afternoon fresh air and the fun $10.00 per car, in money bucket at gate. This is a honor system and a donation to the club all proceeds go to ensuring that polo continues in Ottawa and are gratefully appreciated, bring a picnic and chairs. Sit back and relax but most of all, cheer loudly for your favorite riders and horses it makes the day for everyone when the crowd enjoys it.
